Flutterby Fairy & Freebie #5

Here is another card I’d like to share with you. It was created for a color challenge at Designed 2 Delight. It was create a card using orange and pink. The image I used is called Flutterby Fairy and can be picked up at the D2D shop. The next challenge this week is Red, White and Blue. You can use any image so why not hop over to play along!

This image evolved a few times while putting it together. I originally drew a bouquet of roses and such and then decided to do away with the stems and added a shoe and of course a bow!

We all love shoes, right?

The image was colored using Photoshop. This time I did not use the Blending Options but colored it free hand using the various size brushes and the smudge tool etc to blend in the colors. Its a bit tricky but I think it turned out okay!
