LOYALTY REWARDS TRACKING SHEET

  • You must live in Canada to shop with me.

  • For every online purchase of $40 (before tax and shipping) you will receive 1 point.

  • Points are accumulative, if you made an $80 purchase (before tax and shipping) you will earn 2 points and so on.

  • When you have earned 15 points, you can choose a FREE stamp set of your choice (excludes hostess stamp sets).

  • Your free stamp set will be shipped free of charge and the taxes are on me!

  • Once you collect 15 points, please redeem them ASAP.

  • A large collection of points (45 or larger) can be split over several months.  Try not to hoard them to make it easier on my pocket book!

  • One stamp set per every 15 points.

  • Keep track of your points by downloading the Tracking Form.

  • View your order history in your online Stampin’ Up! account.

  • All orders must be under your customer name and no one else’s.

  • Customers cannot combine points with each other.

  • Your ONLINE ORDERS only will qualify for this rewards program.

  • Points have a 2-year expiry date.

  • When you reach 15 points, please email me at stampinkathie@gmail.com with your tracking sheet and let me know the stamp set of your choice (excludes hostess sets).

  • Exclusions to the Rewards program are as follows:

    • Paper Pumpkin Subscriptions
    • Shares: Paper, Embellishments or Suites
