Brusho & Waterfront Stamp Set Stampin Up
Hello Stampers, I made this card weeks ago using the new Brusho Crystal colors and since I hadn’t posted anything due to being super busy, I’m finally going to share it with you. Unfortunately I didn’t have the camera on so no video on this card.
OMGosh, they are a ton of fun to play with and I also used the Waterfront stamp set. Okay no mountains on this card, I used the sentiment, the tree stamp and the dotted stamp in the set.
I sprinkled the crystals on dry and then sprayed with water. I started off with the blue and dried in-between colors. The other colors added is red, yellow and a bit of the green in different areas. The green doesn’t look too great at first but if you give it a good shake in the container there are different colours in the mix and looks really nice when the water hits it. Once dried, I added more blue around the sides to get a deeper tone and this will help get the other colors popping!
Using the dotted stamp from the kit, I initially stamped with white pigment ink and that soon faded. I wanted the stars to stand out, therefore, I re-stamped with Versamark and white embossed the dots. Now it really stands out! Love it!
Next, I stamped a bunch of trees in black ink using the tree stamp and lastly, I white embossed the sentiment which was also from the set.

Kathie, these are amazingly vivid colors! With that deep, deep blue surrounding the lighter colors, they look like they are illuminated.
This looks like a night sky in an area of the country that is not affected by ambient light! Looks like the viewer can see the Milky Way in all it’s glory.
