Hi there, welcome to the final alternative card featuring the February 2018 Paper Pumpkin Kit. I went with watercoloring on this last card since I hadn’t done it for awhile. I probably over did it on the wood plank details but I think it turned out alright! I love how it has a 3D look! It was simple to do, check out my video to see how easy it was…..who needs a stamp when you can make it yourself! LOL
I was aiming for a one layer card but with the flower stamp being so tiny, it was getting lost once I added the bold background. I decided to gold emboss the flower stamp onto white card stock and fussy cut it out to layer it onto the wreath with dimensionals. The final touches is a twine bow in melon mambo and a bunch of pearls form my stash. Check out my video on how I created this card.
Card Recipe: – Whisper White Card Base 4-1/4 x 11″ Score 5-1/2″ – Black Panel 3-1/2 x 4-1/2″ – Wreath Panel Watercolour Paper 3-1/4 x 4-1/4″
Well, thats it for this kit! I hope you enjoyed the series. I think this was the first time I created a total of 10 cards with one Paper Pumpkin kit. I did find it a bit much, therefore I think I will stick to my usual 5 or so cards.
Watch for more details! I’m going to do a GIVEAWAY and one lucky person could win this lovely set!
Thanks for stopping by!
